The Puppet King

In The Puppet King, your subjects approach you with their every whim on how to change the kingdom -- for better, or for worse. Will you take their bribes, passing laws of chaos and destruction? Or choose the path of righteousness, and change your kingdom for the better? In this game you'll meet the eccentric subjects of the kingdom and unlock different endings based on your choices.

This game was made for Jame Gam #53, and was made in 7 days. I was a 2D artist on the team, making character assets, background art, and UI artwork, as well as promotional artwork for the game. The Puppet King ranked 5th place overall, and 6th place for visuals.
